Microsoft is not joining Nokia and Motorola in criticizing Apple Maps.

The company is however reminding Apple iOS device owners that they have the option to download their Bing mobile app.

Microsoft Bing for Apple iOS comes loaded with Bing Maps with walking, transit, and driving directions with current traffic conditions and maps.

Users can also get access to local destinations and deals. The app of course also feature the Bing engine for searching online.

Just tell Bing what you are looking for with voice-activated search - even addresses- when you need to be hands-free, and let Bing do the rest.

Sadly however, the app has not been updated in a long time so it does not have full support for the larger display on the Apple iPhone 5.
