Microsoft want more developers to join their Windows Phone Store developer’s platform.

They are offering a heavy discount on this program. Developers can join for as little as USD 8 for the next week.

They would be required to pay the full amount USD 99 but Microsoft would refund USD 91 in the next month or so.

This is not as smooth as joining by paying USD 8 initially but if you were considering developing apps for Windows Phone 8 devices, this is a good time to join the program.
