Google owned Motorola Mobility has invited media to an event they are co-hosting with Intel.
Industry experts believe that they are going to launch an Intel Medfield powered Android smartphone.
Motorola and Intel had announced a partnership deal earlier this year so we assume that they are finally ready to launch their first collaborative product.
Intel has already launched a few Android smartphones running their processors. But they have not done well in the global market.
Motorola might be able to give them a more recognized brand name. And if Google is handling the software support, we might finally have a buyable device running Intel processor!
There are a couple of problems though. Reports say that the phone would come loaded with Android Ice Cream Sandwich instead of Jelly Bean edition. Intel probably would need another couple of months to port Jelly Bean to their processor platform.
