Online sources are reporting that Motorola has now started delivering the Android Ice Cream Sandwich update for their Xoom Wi-Fi edition.

Motorola Xoom was the first Tablet PC to arrive in the market powered by Android Honeycomb edition.
The update is being delivered over the air so the owners would get notified whenever it is ready on their device.
It is not yet clear if this update is being rolled out globally or just in the US market for now.
