CrunchPad Fiasco: Fusion Garage showcases Joo Joo tablet PC

Fusion Garage has showcased the much awaited CrunchPad tablet PC. But it is now named Joo Joo.

TechCrunch had recently revealed that Fusion Garage had cut all the ties with them related to CrunchPad and lawsuits are soon going to be filed against them.

Looks like this launch was planned for a long time and TechCrunch was caught unawares.

Joo Joo comes loaded with a 12.1-inch capacitor touch-screen. The makers claim that it can boot in just around 9 seconds.

Chandrasekar Rathakrishnan displayed this device during a web conference.

They are taking orders for this device for a price tag of USD 499. They promise to start shipping the device within 10 weeks.
