Apple now claims Nokia infringed upon 13 of their patents!
The patent war is on between Apple and Nokia.
Nokia recently filed a lawsuit against Apple claiming the iPhone maker infringed upon their patents.
Apple has now responded back. The company claims that Nokia is infringing on 13 of their owned patents.
Apple said: “Other companies must compete with us by inventing their own technologies, not just by stealing ours.”
Nokia claimed in their lawsuit that Apple was infringing on 10 of their patents.
Apple has not yet clarified if they have filed their own lawsuit against Nokia.
Nokia has been struggling to compete against Apple iPhone in the consumer smartphone market.
