AT&T users in San Francisco faced problems with mobile services
AT&T has admitted that the users in San Francisco region faced problems with their mobile services.
The problem was reported by users all over the web. Hundreds of AT&T customers reported it on Twitter.
AT&T customers said that the problems affected voice, data and SMS features of their mobile devices powered by the company’s network.
AT&T Mobility CEO Ralph de la Vega had recently said that they were working on improving their network quality in San Francisco and New York City.
AT&T said that their EDGE services were not affected.
