Nokia 701, 700, and 603 getting a major Belle update!

All About Symbian has reported that Nokia is delivering a major software update on three of their Symbian Belle based models.

Nokia 701, 700, and 603 owners are getting the Nokia Belle FP1 firmware update through an OTA delivery.

The update enhances the clock speed on the devices from 1GHz to 1.3GHz which alone should make the owners of these devices extremely happy!

The update also adds on tons of new widgets to the phones which can be added to the home screens of the devices.

Multi-tasking mode has been improved with live previews of the apps running in the background similar to other platforms like Android.

The browser on the phone has also been updated with improved support for HTML5. Read more about it here.
