Nokia 808 PureView on pre-order in Italy for around USD 780
An online store is now accepting pre-orders for the Nokia 808 PureView smartphone.
The price is set at around €599.
This is for an unlocked GSM unit running Symbian platform.
The device is not yet another Symbian based smartphone. Nokia has loaded it with a 41 megapixel sensor that outputs brilliant quality photos.
The company is said to be working on launching Windows Phone devices with this PureView technology. But for now, a Symbian based device is what you have.
