Nokia seems to have signed a deal with China Mobile to bring their Lumia 920 to the world’s largest mobile phone market.
For this, Nokia would have to manufacture a new variant of their Lumia 920 smartphone with TD-SCDMA support.
Until now, only a few international models have supported this homegrown wireless internet network popular in this country.
China Mobile has more than 600 million subscribers which makes it the largest player in the market in terms of consumers in a single market. Nokia would love to have a shot at targeting these consumers.
