Pinterest has alerted their users about a major change in their terms and conditions.

Thankfully, these updates are for the better as the company has removed the clause which gave them the legal rights to sell content pinned by you.

Pinterest’s new policies would be applicable from next month.

The company said: “Selling content was never our intention and we removed this from our updated Terms.”

Pinterest further said that the updated terms would enable them to remove boards and pins that encourage self-harm and self-abuse.

It also feature content that would come handy when they are going to release APIs and private boards in the future.
