Rovio announced today that their games are currently being played by around 263 million users on a monthly basis.

This is a phenomenal number considering even Twitter does not have as many active users of their platform.

Rovio of course is the company behind the massively successful Angry Birds franchise. Their newer games have not been as successful (Bad Piggies and Amazing Alex) but the new versions of Angry Birds continue to do incredibly well across all the supported platforms.
