Samsung ChatOn finally launches for Blackberry devices

Samsung has taken a long time to bring their group messaging app ChatOn to the Blackberry platform.

And even now, the app is not available through the Blackberry App World. Instead, you have to download it through their website.

Samsung has thankfully provided versions for both touch and non-touch devices.

The app already has versions for iOS and Android devices. Support for Blackberry was crucial to compete with the Blackberry Messenger platform.

WhatsApp remains one of the most popular and strongest players in this segment of the market.

Remains to be seen if Google would bring their Google Plus Messenger app to Blackberry in the near future.
