Samsung fails to stop ban on Galaxy Nexus smartphone in the US market
A US judge has rejected Samsung’s appeal to lift the ban on their Galaxy Nexus smartphone in the US market.
Samsung Galaxy Nexus was recently barred from sale in the US market by a court ruling related to Apple’s claim that it was infringing on their patents.
This means that Google and Verizon would probably have to stop sales of the Galaxy Nexus smartphone in the US market.
