Samsung has announced their latest Android based smartphone named Samsung Galaxy Chat.

Samsung Galaxy Chat is aimed at heavy users of text and messaging services. It features a Blackberry style design with a 3” touchscreen display and a hardware QWERTY keyboard.

Samsung has loaded it with Android Ice Cream Sandwich which looks similar to the version on Galaxy S III.

The device is otherwise a budget segment model with a 2mp camera at the back, 4GB internal storage.

The company is going to ship it with their ChatOn messaging service (keyboard has a dedicated key for the service!) along with Quickoffice suite and S-Planner application.
