Samsung Galaxy S III might feature a 3D display

Rumors are back again about the next update to the hugely successful Samsung Galaxy S series of Google Android smartphones.

Both Galaxy S and Galaxy S II have been major blockbusters for the company and expectations are high from the third model in this series.

The latest rumors suggest that Samsung would power Galaxy S III with a quad core processor and the device might feature a 3D capable display.

The device is also likely to include a Super AMOLED Plus HD display in addition to 2GB RAM and 4G LTE connectivity.

Samsung might announce and showcase this device at the upcoming Mobile World Congress in February. Though it could be too soon considering the device is only expected to launch in the second quarter of next year.
