Skype has revealed in a support document that they are working with Blackberry to ensure that their Android app works great on Blackberry 10 devices.

This is a good indication that even the bigger companies are planning to just port their Android apps for Blackberry 10 instead of creating native ones.

Though with time we might see them launch native apps which should perform better than ported ones.

In any case, this is good news for the new owners of Blackberry Z10 as they should soon get access to Skype on their phones.
