Sony is already selling Xperia U and Xperia S in the Indian market. Xperia P is likely to go on sale soon enough.

Online sources claim that this new phone would be sold at around Rs. 26000 in the Indian market.

The phone features a 4” touchscreen display with a resolution of 960×540 pixels. It ships with Android 2.3 edition to Ice Cream Sandwich update is coming in the near future.

Sony Xperia P is powered with a dual core 1GHz processor and 1GB RAM. Sony has loaded it with an 8 megapixel camera and 16GB storage.
