SoundGecko is a new online service that makes it easy to get audio versions of web articles.

You give the service links to articles you want to listen at a later date and it mails you back MP3s with the audio.

There are various ways to submit links for the conversion. You can use their website, there is a Google Chrome extension, you can also email the links to [email protected]

The idea is to get audio version of web content that you can listen on your smartphone while on the move. There is an iPhone app already available.

The service also provide connectivity with Dropbox and Google Drive. More features are planned for the future.
