Spotify has updated their desktop app. it now features the same Thumbs up (and down) feature that is available on their mobile apps.

Thumbs up (and down) allows the user to give his preference to the music Spotify is streaming for them.

Spotify uses the data collected from this to further personalize the music selection for that individual.

The company added:

This neat update means that all the stations that you’ve tuned into on your mobile will show up seamlessly on your desktop - and vice versa.
