Wall Street Journal has reported that Spotify is close to launching their music service platform in Canada.

The report further said that the company is also looking at the Asian and South African market for expansion.

I would personally love it if they launch in India though it looks unlikely. China of course could become a huge market for Spotify if they are able to launch there.

Spotify already has subsidiaries operating in Canada, Singapore and Hong Kong. This could indicate where their services are likely to launch next.

The company currently offering their services in 15 markets around the world mostly in Europe along with USA.
