Spotify launches an embedded player named Spotify Play Button

Spotify has now made it possible for you to share your favorite songs, albums or playlists on your blog.

The company has added an embeddable player named Spotify Play Button.

Spotify spoke about this feature:

Simply add the Spotify Play Button to your blog, website or social page and light it up with music. You can feature any song, album or playlist. All your fans have to do is hit play to enjoy the music. Totally free. Totally legal. Totally awesome.

Of course, the embedded player would only work for users who are in supported countries. That means India is out.
