Google has now updated their Google Search app for Windows 8 devices to support ARM powered devices like the Microsoft Surface Tablet PC.
The app was launched last month but worked only on Intel processor based devices which meant desktops. They

The options in the left column have been moved to a bar at the top of the search results. It is now available in the US
