HTC has finally started rolling out Google Android ICS update for their older devices.
The first model to get the ICS update is the HTC Sensation along with Sensation XE.
The update is being rolled out in some markets including the Nordics.
HTC has confirmed the release and said that the release would be made available widely in the coming weeks.
The update comes with HTC Sense 3.6 edition.
HTC has some good news for the owners of their Android based smartphones. The company has added three more devices to the list of phones that would get the latest Android ICS update.
The new phones added to the list are: HTC Incredible S, HTC Desire S and HTC Desire HD.
The company added that HTC Sensation, HTC Sensation 4G and HTC Sensation XE are set to get the Android ICS update by the end of March. HTC Sensation XL would get it just after that.

HTC has officially launched their HTC Sensation XE smartphone in the Indian market.
The device comes with Beats Audio technology and headsets. The official pricing is pretty absurd at around Rs. 35500. It is on sale for around Rs. 34000.
Flipkart and other stores have been selling it already for a while now.
The device is an improvement over the original HTC Sensation. It comes loaded with 4.3-inch qHD S-LCD touchscreen display. HTC has powered it with a dual core 1.5GHz processor. It comes with Android 2.3 and is enhanced with HTC Sense platform.
HTC Sensation XE packs an impressive 8 megapixel camera at the back and a VGA front facing camera for video calling. The device is capable of HD quality video recording.
