Hyundai is running a major marketing campaign to position their Eon small car against the recently launched Alto 800 by Maruti Suzuki.
The company is clearly mocking the awkward design of the new Alto. Eon looks much better in comparison.
Online sources are reporting that Renault has started development work on a new model that would be powered with an 800cc engine.
This model would be positioned directly against Maruti Alto and Maruti 800.
