Tata Motors has launched an updated Safari in the domestic market. They have named this new series Tata Safari Storme.

Tata Safari Storme pricing starts at Rs. 9.95 lakhs. Top end model is priced at around Rs. 13.66 lakhs.

The company is using a newer chassis with an improved suspension. It comes powered with a 2.2 liter DICOR engine capable of producing 140PS of power and 320NM of torque.

The overall look of the model remains the same though there are subtle enhancements made to give it a more contemporary look.

Tata is facing massive competition in this segment of the market. Mahindra XUV500 and Renault Duster are priced in the same price range and have attracted a lot of consumers.
