Apple removes Texas Hold’em from the Apple App Store

Texas Hold’em was one of the first gaming titles to appear on the Apple App Store.

It was developed by Apple and was probably a showcase app for third party developers.

Apple has quietly removed this app from their app store. It is not clear what made them do so.

The game was sold for USD 5 and was never really updated to support the new features of the iOS platform.

In fact, Apple never bothered to update it for the Apple iPad.
