Twitter for BlackBerry now support multiple accounts


Twitter for BlackBerry Smartphones 2.1 has been released in the Blackberry App World.

The app comes with a major feature update. It now supports multiple Twitter accounts.

Users would however have to use the Social Feeds app to view a timeline featuring integrated content from multiple accounts.

Posting to multiple accounts is also only supported from the Social Feeds app.

RIM has also updated the app to support sharing tweets on Blackberry Messenger.

Blackberry developers said:

While you could always share Tweets with your BBM contacts (as well as through email, text message, PIN, and Facebook®!), the Share with BBM feature has been added as a top-level menu item to make it easier to share Tweets with your BBM contacts. Having conversations about relevant Tweets through BBM has never been so easy.
