Twitter now support improved posting to Facebook

Twitter has improved support for posting tweets to Facebook account.

The company already support posting to personal account or Facebook Fan pages.

Now the tweets appear in much better formatting on your Facebook Timeline.

Images shared through tweets appear as thumbnail in the corresponding Facebook post. Hashtags appear as link to search page for the keyword on Twitter. Mentions appear as link to the Twitter user account profile. Here is a screenshot showcasing the updated functionality:
