Twitter now has a user profiles directory!

Twitter has finally launched an official user profile directory. And it is open for indexing by search engines!

The entire directory is hard to browse with no search box. You would have to make effort to locate your own listing.

The directory pages link directly to user accounts.

Looks like Twitter is finally realizing the need of that extra search engine traffic that comes with user directories like this.

The company has also opened their search result pages to indexing by search engines.
