Twitter working on getting rid of hashbang URLs (#!)!

   

A lot of us have hated the usage of hashbang URLs (#!) by Twitter. There are technical problems with this implementation as web developers know, these URLs also cause issues on the user end.

Twitter has relied on this structure for a long time now. The idea was to quickly move from one page to another without reloading the complete page.

However, a company developer has confirmed that they are getting rid of it which would mean that some browsers would need complete page refresh while others would work fine.
