Verizon DROID XYBOARD from Motorola launching this month in USA


Verizon Wireless has finally confirmed that they are going to launch Motorola manufactured DROID XYBOARD Tablet PCs in the US market this month.

These Tablets are based on the Google Android Honeycomb edition. Motorola would probably update these to Ice Cream Sandwich in the coming months.

These Tablets are going to be compatible with Verizon’s 4G LTE network in the US market.

Verizon is going to offer two models. One with an 8.2 inch display, another one with a 10.1 inch display. Both of these Tablets are powered with a 1.2GHz processor and 1GB RAM.

Motorola has also equipped these with two cameras… 5mp at the back and 1.3mp in front for video chat.

Pricing however is disappointing:

All these prices are with a two year long contract with Verizon!
