WhatsApp achieve 10 billion message transactions in one day

WhatsApp is one of the most popular third party group messaging app available in the market today.

Competition is very hot in this market. Blackberry has their Blackberry Messenger, Apple has their iMessage, and Google has their Google+ Messenger. There are tons of third party apps as well.

The company has just revealed on Twitter that they crossed a major milestone with 10 billion message transitions in one day. This included 4 billion inbound and 6 billion outbound messages.
