Online sources are claiming that Microsoft’s Windows Phone team is working with the developers at Instagram to get their app on their platform.

This means that Instagram could launch on Windows Phone platform before Google Android.

Instagram has been working on their Google Android for a while now. It is expected to arrive before the end of the current year.

But releasing a Windows Phone app before the Android app would be a significant victory for Microsoft as they would have one of the Apple iPhone’s most popular apps on their platform too.

As a fan of Android platform, this is certainly disappointing news for me. But then there are tons of other alternatives.
