Microsoft is again using the lure of free stuff to attract people to their products.

They are offering a prepaid app card worth USD 25 to all new owners of Windows Phone based devices.

This offer is applicable on purchases made between November 2 and the end of the current year.

Eligible users would have to provide details like cellphone number, IMEI/MEID number to get the goodies.

The funds in the prepaid card can be used to purchase paid apps from the Windows Phone Marketplace.

Some of the conditions:

This Windows Phone offer is good only in the 50 United States, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico.
You must purchase a Windows Phone device between November 2, 2011 and December 31, 2011 to qualify.
