Highest price point for a paid app is USD 999
Microsoft would take a 30% cut on all transactions.
This would drop to 20% once the app has made USD 25000 in sales.
Microsoft would take 30% cut on in-app transactions if the app is using their billing system.
Developers would have to pay USD 49 to join the program.
Windows Store would launch with free apps first.
Metro apps would only be available from Windows Store.
