Wolfram|Alpha now has extensive data on flights in US market!

Wolfram|Alpha has posted about a cool new feature they are offering through their computational engine.

They now have access to tons of flight data in the USA and you can now access it using interesting queries.

The search engine can use your location data if your device supports it and provide you with information about the planes that should be around your vicinity at that point of time.

The company highlighted some of the capabilities of their system:

Try the simple query “flights overhead” and you’ll get information on aircraft that should be visible to you, assuming a clear sky and unobstructed view.
