WordPress.com has launched a brand new theme named Soundcheck which is aimed at musicians.

The theme comes loaded with an mp3 player which can be used to showcase compositions inside blog posts without any third party apps.

It also comes with support for showcasing events and gigs in addition to widgets customized for musicians.

It is a premium theme that costs USD 75.
