XenForo 1.1.1 released with bug fixes
Developers behind the XenForo project have released XenForo 1.1.1 with a couple of bug releases.
One of the major issues fixed is the Facebook API which required some updates.
To ensure that users with older editions are also updated, they have patched previous editions. XenForo 1.0.4 and 1.1.0 Patch have also been made available for download. These are aimed at users who are not ready to update to XenForo 1.1.1 right away.
Developers spoke about the version 1.1.1:
XenForo 1.1.1 is the first maintenance release in the 1.1 series. In contains fixes for bugs that were discovered following the release of 1.1.0. It also contains a fix to use Facebook’s updated authentication API, as the old API has been disabled.
Bug fixes include improvements with popup menus on mobile phones, IE9 editor fixes, custom field validation fixes, and custom field criteria fixes in notices.
Additionally, there is an improvement in notices that allow multiple notices to be stacked vertically.
