Yahoo has become the latest company to launch their own group messaging app named Hub. It is currently available for the Google Android platform.

Etc etc.

Yahoo Hub offers one major advantage. It can send free text messages to people who are not using the app. so basically, you can still have a conversation with people through sms. This feature is restricted to limited countries: United States, Canada, Indonesia, India, Kuwait, Malaysia, Philippines, Pakistan, Thailand, and Vietnam.

Yahoo is currently offering this app to mobile users in USA with a text subscription plan.
