Yahoo Voices service apparently hacked. Details posted online.

D33Ds Company claims that they managed to hack one of the web services operated by Yahoo. They have posted details of around 453,000 accounts online.

Sources say that the hack attempt was made on the Yahoo Voices service platform.

Hackers say that the data was retrieved in unencrypted format. Yahoo has still not made any statement about this hack.

People behind this hack added:

We hope that the parties responsible for managing the security of this subdomain will take this as a wake-up call, and not as a threat. There have been many security holes exploited in webservers belonging to Yahoo! Inc. that have caused far greater damage than our disclosure. Please do not take them lightly. The subdomain and vulnerable parameters have not been posted to avoid further damage.
