YouTube Android Player API enables native support for YouTube videos on Google Android
Google launched a brand new YouTube Android Player API at the recently held Google I/O event.
This API is pretty amazing as it would enable developers of Android mobile apps to integrate videos inside their apps.
There is no need for Adobe Flash Player. Videos do not need to be opened in a browser. Videos run inside apps with little coding required.
Google would take care of the streaming quality and the format of the video. This API supports Android Froyo devices so majority of devices in the market today are supported.
